Bear lying in hammock

There is a lot to take in during the workshops and presentations over the week, so a nice long siesta might be just what you need.

exchange work

The Exchange work rooms will be open and this might be a great time to swap work with another teacher. Exchanging work can be one of the times where you learn the most! More details here.

You could explore the walking and running trails around UL and into Limerick:

UL will also provide several walks around UL throughout the week including a dawn walk and the art trail featuring art collections and Plassey house. Details will be provided at registration.
