Her ongoing practice and interest in Dance Improvisation and Authentic Movement influences her work as an Alexander Teacher and Psychotherapist.

Navigating through a challenging time during her Alexander Training she discovered the nourishing and burnout preventive effects of Alexander Technique. This was the starting point of a 15 year long project together with Martina Süss.

In bringing together the fields of Alexander Technique, Person Centered Psychotherapy and Burnout Prevention in theory and practice they developed the workshop program 'Alexander Technique and Burnout Prevention' for people in the helping professions.
