Aisling Morgan was initially drawn to the Alexander Technique whilst studying Irish music at the University of Limerick. Following this she trained at the Alexander Technique Teacher Training Centre in Galway. During this time, she also facilitated performance skills workshops at the University of Limerick on BA and MA music programmes.

After graduating in 2011, Aisling established a private teaching practice in Dublin and also taught at the Gaiety School of Acting, Dublin, Baltimore Fiddle Fair, Cork, Galway Voice Studio, International Congress of Music Education and on the Access Music Project, Galway.

Aisling also engaged in training with David Gorman and his LearningMethods approach is hugely influential in her own work with musicians, singers, actors and other performers.
In 2013, Aisling moved to Australia where she has presented at the University of Melbourne (Music Therapy Dept), Cygnet Folk Festival, Tasmania and for various groups of musicians and actors in Hobart.
