Staying with self while staying with others. We will physically explore this main challange in our everyday life, especially in the helping professions. Not focusing on what we are doing but on how we do it. Awareness, inhibition, direction together with unconditional positive regard of ourselves are the means whereby we play in this workshop.
In practical group exercises as well as in reflexions we will experience how the basic Alexander Principles are reliable tutors in stressful everyday life situations. In our workshop we invite you to a mindful process-oriented little journey through the fields of Alexander Technique and Burnout Prevention.
