'One part of an animal must be moved, and another be at rest, and against this the part which is moved will support itself and be moved' (Aristotle, Movement of Animals)

We need to stabilize our body during movement. I found that 'How to stabilize body' is the key factor affecting our quality of movement. So, we need to attend to 'a part of body is stopping' along with thinking while moving.

Participants will experience this bilateral perspective of 'move while stop'. I will give a demonstration of the new approach for better movement and performance. It is a little different from ordinary direction, but it gives the same condition and quality as AT. It encourages clients to learn it faster and move with more confidence. I love to share the effectiveness of this approach, an idea described in my paper 'Advantageous way to use body' (

Teachers, trainees, and AT learners are welcome to join. I will ask volunteer to move or perform. Any type of movement or performance is welcome. Please show me your movement!
