You and me, we are all born, we have a birth experience so individual and personal, and our birth is in the past; we can’t change that process any longer. Yet the process of dying might be quite different in nature. Most of us don’t know when our death may occur. We may have no experience of what death is actually like. There are many different religious traditions and understandings of how the soul departs. Because it’s in the future, there are ways to prepare ourselves consciously – by applying FM’s process of Inhibition and Direction now– during our living and during our passing process. In this workshop we hold space for people who have been partaking in a personal near death experience, have been witnessing and supporting loved ones at their time of passing, who have been in contact with people passing from this life to the beyond, and those who perhaps have no experience whatsoever with death or dying. The space is open for us to identify processes to support our self and others in preparing consciously the living and departure process in freedom. At the end of the workshop we may have a practical guidebook for our intentions for conscious living and conscious dying.
