A activity   O other (drawing)

This workshop will engage participants in drawing as an activity that deepens awareness and provides an opportunity for direction and inhibition. Participants will learn the physiology of drawing and then apply the principles of the Alexander Technique to a unique set of exercises designed to develop hand-eye coordination and understanding of weight, tension, balance and space. No prior experience with drawing is required; instead the workshop will be a sensorial exploration of drawing as a fundamentally human activity.
