This practical hands-on workshop will explore the interconnection of directional pathways and oppositional forces, guiding teachers to a greater synergy with their students. Together we will build the essential depth and volume, stability, force, and freedom necessary for direction to flow from the ground up. Unwinding the wrists, neck and shoulders will lower our centers of gravity, allowing each teacher to be a stabilizing force for her student. You will begin to see yourself as whole and fully anchored, creating energies and direction to move more freely and efficiently. In this workshop we will accompany each other through basic Alexander procedures and gentle Tai Chi exercises, to practice freedom and strength, ease and stability as we dance together.
